WWE WrestleMania heads back to Sin City.
Last month, reports indicated that New Orleans was no longer the host city for WWE WrestleMania 42 as Las Vegas now held the distinction instead. WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque later confirmed this to be the case with two official announcement videos, airing during Money in the Bank and WWE Raw, respectively.
A WWE press release has now provided additional details on WrestleMania 42, which will emanate from Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026, as well as the weekend events surrounding it.
“Las Vegas helped to deliver the biggest WrestleMania of all time, shattering records and delivering an amazing week for fans around the world,” said WWE President Nick Khan. “We look forward to once again working with the talented and effective teams at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and Allegiant Stadium to bring WrestleMania back to the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World.”
Steve Hill, President and CEO of the LVCVA, added similar sentiments, saying, “We are honored that WWE has once again selected Las Vegas to host the biggest event on their calendar. Bringing WrestleMania 42 to Las Vegas underscores our city’s reputation for elevating world-class events to new heights. We are excited to build on last year’s success and deliver an even more incredible experience for the WWE Universe in 2026.”
More details on WWE WrestleMania 42
Following 1993 and 2025, 2026 will mark the third time that the city of Las Vegas has hosted WWE’s grandest premium live event. In April, WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium solidified itself as the most successful and highest-grossing event in WWE history. This will also be the first time WWE hosts consecutive WrestleManias in the same city in 37 years. WWE hosted WrestleMania IV and V in Atlantic City.
WrestleMania 42 Priority Passes will soon be available through WWE’s exclusive partner, On Location. WWE will release additional ticket details and event information in the coming months, with pre-sale opportunities registration now open here.
Beyond two nights of WrestleMania, Las Vegas will host episodes of WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown as well as NXT Stand & Deliver. WWE World will also return, allowing fans a multi-day interactive experience in partnership with Fanatics Events.
