WWE posted a video online of Aleister Black being found unconscious in the parking lot after this week’s episode of NXT.
NXT’s General Manager William Regal was giving an interview when he was informed that his attention was needed in the parking lot area. When they arrive to the scene, Aleister Black is found laying unconscious.
It is unclear who attacked him but when Regal was exiting the building to go towards the parking lot, Johnny Gargano went past by him in the building. Undisputed Era were seen leaving the area in a car and Heavy Machinery were present there taking photos of Black.
This sudden storyline curve’s explanation is that Black has reportedly suffered a groin injury during a live event and will not able to compete in the triple threat match at TakeOver: Brooklyn 4. This is WWE’s way of getting Black out of the match.
