Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe Not Expected To Close WWE Backlash?
According to WrestleVotes, Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe will likely not be the main event at WWE Backlash as the original plans involving the match were changed.
Though there is no idea yet what exactly those plans were, it is rumoured that Shinsuke Nakamura vs AJ Styles for the WWE Championship would go on to close the show.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs AJ Styles is penciled in for the main event tomorrow night at Backlash. Samoa Joe v Roman Reigns was considered but plans that were originally discussed for that match were dropped therefore no sense in closing with it. I’m unsure of what those plans were.
