For whatever reason, a rumor started today that WWE Hall of Famer “Cowboy” Bob Orton had reportedly passed away, but this has been proven to be false.
Several sources have since spoken out and confirmed Orton has not passed away, and is in fact still alive. Orton is scheduled to be at WWE Money In The Bank in St. Louis on Sunday, supporting Randy Orton as he challenges Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship.
You can see a few of the comments below, including Randy Orton debunking the rumor, and a new interview 1Wrestling.com’s Bill Apter conducted with Orton himself on the phone today.
