After another break, Owens is working a rear chin lock on Neville. Neville tries to fight out of it, but Owens tosses Neville into the corner. Owens rushes in for the cannonball, but Neville moves out of the way, waist locks Owens and destroys him with a German suplex. Neville mounts the second rope and lands a phoenix splash for a two count. Owens crawls on the mat. Neville grabs him by the waist and deadlift German suplexes Owens! Neville goes up top for the Red Arrow, but Owens moves out of the way. Neville lands on his feet. Owens hits a super kick. Owens misses a frog splash. Neville calls for the Red Arrow again, but Jericho distracts him. Neville kicks Jericho in the face. Neville goes up top, but Owens crotches him on the tope rope. Owens takes Neville off the tope rope in a burning hammer position. Owens spins Neville around in a neck breaker for the win.
