The following is an exclusive interview granted to WrestleZone Radio with former 20+ year WWE Referee Jimmy Korderas. Jimmy is interviewed by WrestleZone Radio’s Nick Hausman.

On whether or not he thinks the WWE referees should have their own WWE Network show:
JK: That’s not a bad idea. Especially when you’ve got guys that have been there for a long time. Like Mike Chioda, Charles Robinson, Chad Patton, John Cone… guys who have been there for awhile. It might be interesting to get a different perspective. Even the young guys coming up from NXT. Maybe it’s a cool little thing. I know that some of the guys down at the performance center like Drake Wuertz and those guys have got some interesting stories to tell. That would be interesting. Not a bad idea.
On Del Rio’s return to the WWE and winning the US Championship while holding the AAA Mega Championship and whether or not we could see the AAA Mega Championship on WWE TV:
JK: It’s one of those deals where you say, “Never say never.” I don’t know what the WWE’s relationship is with AAA. If they worked something out? Who knows. Maybe he brings it on TV and they digitize it out like they did with Ric Flair’s World Heavyweight Championship back in the day. Kinda make it look like he’s doing something he’s not supposed to be doing so to speak. I think it would be cool. It shows that he’s an international star and gives people an idea of where he was prior to his return to WWE. I don’t have a problem with it. From a business stand point it’s kinda like, “Does WWE want to give the rub?” So to speak to AAA. From my understanding they are allowing Del Rio to fulfill his bookings through November. His previously scheduled bookings. We’ll see. You never know.
On whether Brock Lesnar would be in big trouble backstage in WWE if he intentionally made himself bleed at Hell in a Cell:
JK: The WWE right now has a very strict “no blood policy.” I know that some people may not believe that it’s that strict but it is really, really strict. Vince McMahon especially is very dead set against having any blood in the matches. Especially when you are acquiring the blood through traditional methods. Let’s just leave it at that. The reports of him (Vince) being livid? Yeah, I can see it. I can believe it. Along with the no blood policy they also have… it all lends to their Wellness Policy. It’s all tied together. I know that some people have their doubts about the validity of the Wellness Program and stuff like that. I’ll tell ya man, they are 100% strict about “no blood” and all the other policies they have in place.
