Global Force Wrestling will hold it’s debut television tapings this weekend in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena.
Cyrus Fees and MMA fighter Chael Sonnen will be handling the announcing roles for the tapings. Fees is MMA announcer from Tennessee who also does NWA Smoky Mountain Wrestling. It was said that although they wanted to work with him, GFW couldn’t work out a deal with Jim Ross due to a their low budget.
It was noted that Bobby Roode will be facing Future Stars Of Wrestling’s Kevin Kross; the match was announced at a show on July 18th.
Finally, GFW announced two dates for shows in the United Kingdom in October; the shows are on 10/28 at the Grimsby Auditorium in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, and 10/30, at the Lynnsport and Leisure Park in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
Former TNA star Nick Aldis (Magnus) is from King’s Lynn; Jeff & Karen Jarrett, Aldis, Mickie James, Doug Williams and Marty Scurll have been announced for those shows.
