Which WWE Tag Team Deserves a Title Shot?
WWE.com has posted a new poll asking which team most deserves a WrestleMania 31 tag title shot. The choices are Los Matadores, The Usos, The Ascension, The Miz and Damien Sandow, The Prime Time Players or The New Day (via Freebird Rule).
With over 4,000 votes cast, The Usos are currently leading with 37% of the vote. The Ascension has 16% while The PTP and The New Day are tied at 14%.
How Close Did HBK Come to Signing with WCW?
In a new interview conducted for Bell 2 Bell, Shawn Michaels had the following to say about nearly signing with WCW in the late nineties:
“There were certainly times that I wanted to, but I was still under contract. Hall and Nash were different, they gave their notice and weren’t in breech of contract when they went over, that’s how they were allowed to go. Years later, when my contract was up, however, I did consider it, and thought about it, but it was after the back injury, so I wouldn’t have been much use to them anyway. But I decided to stay, and it’s safe to say, I wouldn’t be chatting to you today if I had indeed went over.”
