WWE Takes Shot at CM Punk

As seen on the NXT Takeover R-Evolution pre-show, former wrestler and now commentator Corey Graves revealed that WWE’s “world class doctors” advised him to retire after concussion issues. Graves is staying with the company in an announcer role for NXT. He joined the announce team during the show.

The Graves segment had been planned but was also meant to be a shot at CM Punk .

When Graves specifically put over WWE’s doctors as world class, how they identified his problem, did the right thing at the end and how he still has a job with the company. This was all meant to show that WWE’s doctors are actually doing the right thing for their talent, contrary to what CM Punk has said on the Colt Cabana podcast.
