The Authority welcomes new WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena to the ring, and he talks about the events of last night. He mentions Daniel Bryan never losing his title, but Stephanie wants to move on and names him as the cover athlete for the WWE 2K15 video game. Cena says this is a huge honor, but they are being way too nice too soon, because he saw them last night and they looked upset. He says they have Randy Orton, Kane and Seth Rollins in their pocket, but he can't be bought and they know the champ is here. HHH mocks him and makes fun of his rapper gimmick and Boston accent, then Cena says he will whip his ass, but HHH says it's not like that.
HHH says it doesn't bother him that Cena is a cover athlete or champion, he just wants Cena to do it with respect. HHH says they can take it away really quickly, and there's an easy way and a hard way, so Cena says if kissing HHH's ass is easy, then he will do it his way. HHH says he thought that might happen, so Cena will defend his title in a Fatal Four Way at Battleground. HHH says Cena will face two of his opponents tonight, Randy Orton and Kane, and he will team with the fourth man, Roman Reigns. Cena says he did him in good, but HHH says Cena could somehow survive at Battleground, but there's always a plan B, and Seth Rollins makes his way out.
Seth Rollins vs Rob Van Dam
RVD strikes Rollins a few times and rams him with his shoulder, then he kicks him in the back of the head and goes for an abdominal stretch. Rollins breaks it and rolls outside, then he kicks RVD in the stomach and rips at his face as we go to a break. We get back to see Rollins target RVD's back, then RVD catches him with a kick before heading up top, but Rollins rolls outside. Rollins catches him with a kick on the way back in, then he slams him down and Curb Stomps him for the win. Rollins tells Renee Young that it's not arrogance when he can back it up, and they are jealous he was right. Dean Ambrose cuts him off and says this isn't over between them, and it might be more fun now. Ambrose says he will be there every time Rollins tries to cash in, and it's going to blow up it Rollins' face.
Winner – Seth Rollins
