Bobby Lashley Defends TNA Title in NYC
ImpactWrestling.com has announced that Bobby Lashley will defend the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Hardy on June 25th in New York City. TNA will be hosting three television taping events in NYC next week, and Hardy will definitely be busy, as it was recently announced that he will be teaming with his brother, Matt Hardy, for at least one of the TV events as well.
One interesting note is that they are adverting Jeff Hardy specifically, and not his "Willow" character. The same goes for the Matt Hardy announcement as well. This is most likely due to TNA trying to bring in big numbers for these upcoming New York shows, and both of the Hardy Boyz are obviously huge names in the business.
