As we noted earlier today, WWE legend Haku and former TNA Knockout SoCal Val were in attendance for last night's NXT Takeover special.
In addition to those names, Michael Cole, actor and father of NXT talent Garrett Dylan Kris Kristofferson and Cesaro were in attendance for the event.
Another Update on Raw/SD! on the Network
In an update on Raw and Smackdown airing on the WWE Network, WWE will now be adding new episodes of the shows to the Network on a thirty day delay from the when the shows air.
This new format likely has to do with the new TV deal WWE just signed with NBCUniversal.
Latest on Kevin Steen/Willie Mack to WWE
As things currently stand, former Ring of Honor stars Willie Mack and Kevin Steen are reportedly in the background check phase with WWE, which would indicate that both will be offered a contract.
The process generally starts with WWE doing a background check, then proceeding with medical testing, and if all that clears, talents are then officially offered a deal.
