Tonight at WWE's Smackdown television taping, Triple H announced that The Shield will take on the newly reformed Evolution in a six-man tag team match at next month's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
This is the fourth officially announced match for Extreme Rules, along with Bray Wyatt and John Cena inside a steel cage, and the Divas Champion Paige defending against Tamina Snuka. Big E will also defend the Intercontinental Championship against either Sheamus, Wade Barrett, Cesaro or Rob Van Dam, with the contender being named over the next few weeks.
