ident Dixie Carter has been teasing the signing of Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards, who are currently two of the hottest free agents in pro wrestling. PWInsider is reporting that the American Wolves are backstage with TNA right now, and will be making their debut with the company at Genesis tonight.
Eddie and Davey recently completed a try-out camp with the WWE that did not end in the two being signed to contracts. With Richards having burned some bridges in Ring of Honor, and the two saying "goodbye" to every major indie company over the past month, many expected the former tag champions to arrive in Impact Wrestling at some point. Both had even been teasing signing with "a company in Orlando", and with Dixie basically giving away the surprise on Twitter this week, you should expect to see the American Wolves play a big part of tonight's live Genesis special on Spike TV.
