The following results were sent in by Wrestlezone reader Eddie Rivera, who attended yesterday's WWE live event in Washington, D.C.
1. Dolph Ziggler def. Big E Langston (Dolph wins clean with the Zig Zag.)
2. Dean Ambrose (c) def. R Truth for the U.S. Title (Ambrose won with a roll up holding Truth's tights/jeans)
3. Naomi, Kaitlyn, & Natalya def. AJ Lee, Layla, & Brie Bella (Kaitlyn's team won as she pinned AJ Lee with the Spear. Vickie came out at the beginning on the mic. I honest to God don't know anything she said with all the boos in the building. They drowned her out. She definitely received the most heat all night. She was Boooed from the time she said "Excuse Me" until she got off the mic.)
4. Wyatt Family def. The Usos: (Same postmatch ending where Bray Wyatt come in with the kiss, then his finisher and 'follow the buzzards'. HUGE chant throughout most of the match with fans telling them to take a shower.)
5. RVD & Big Show def. Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins of the The Shield (c) by disqualification for the WWE Tag Team Titles (Dean runs in to cause a DQ. Entire Verizon Center was chanting RVD, RVD, RVD! Also a lot of "1 More Time" chants for Big Show to do his "Shhhhhhh… Chop" to both Shield members. Seth really sold his. It was too funny. The way the Shield played heel cowards in this match is definitely nothing like on WWE TV programming. Decent match.)
6. Ryback def. Kofi Kingston (Ryback won with Shellshock. No TD Garden upset here. Poor Kofi. He deserves a main event push. Goldberg chants were heavy as Ryback entered the ring.)
7. CM Punk def. Curtis Axel in a No DQ Match: (Heyman comes out to massive heat. He said since this is a DQ match that the US title will not be on the line. Punk won with the GTS in about 5 minutes. After the match he was hitting Heyman with the kendo (?) stick and Axel low blowed him. Punk eventually got the last laugh.)
8. Randy Orton def. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship (Randy wins with a RKO after the Shield interfered. DB took care of them, however as soon as he threw Reigns out the ring as soon as he entered it he turned around for a RKO. He then got jumped by all 3 members of the Shield & Orton. Out for the save comes RVD, R Truth, & Dolph Ziggler to a huge ovation from the fans for a happy ending. RVD got in his 5-Star Frog Slash & DB used his new Knee Drop Kick Finisher in at the end also.)
Notes: The arena was half full. No lighting whatsoever. WWE went for cheap on this house show. With the building half full the fans were vastly into every single match. DB got the biggest pop by far obviously, followed by CM Punk.
