The Show began with The Miz talking about the events of the previous Raw where R-Truth attacked Miz. Moments later, the same thing occured as R-Truth appeared in the crowd, dashed towards the ring and tried to repeat his attack. John Larinitus came out and attained order.
Following that, the first match was a 14-Man Battle Royal for a shot later that evening against ZackRyder for the U.S. Title.
Dolph Ziggler was victorious but other competitors featured Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins, JTG, Mason Ryan, Santino Marella, Primo, Epico, and McGuillicutty.
Next came Beth Pheonix Vs. Eve for the Divas Championship with The Bella Twins as a referee and official.
Beth retained her championship, but helped the Bellas beat down on Eve afterwards. Kelly Kelly came to Eve's aid and so that ended that.
Onto the next match which featured Alex Riley Vs. A newcomer known as Wreckless Ryan where Alex was victorious.
Special guest Mick Foley came to the ring and recounted his MSG memories.
Jerry "The King" Lawler def. Jack Swagger where Foley watched on.
Santino Marella def. Michael McGuillicutty.
Zack Ryder def. Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie G. (U.S. Championship).
Air Boom def. Primo & Epico w/ Rosa Mendes retaining the Tag Titles, with the stipulation of the loser (being Epico) lick the soles of Rosa Mendes which occured.
John Cena def. Kane (DQ) occured when Kane hit Cena in the ribs with a steel chair.
**Main Event**
CM Punk def. The Miz in a Steel Cage match for the WWE Title.
