Tonight’s RAW is expected to be John Morrison’s last night with WWE before his contract expires later this week. We have learned after speaking with sources that the debut of Brodus Clay is going to take place tonight. Clay’s debut has been delayed all of the month of November due to the RAW scripts being heavily rewritten. One source said to me there is “no chance of Clay not appearing” on tonight’s RAW.
For several weeks on TribLIVE radio and Chair Shot Reality, I had been speculating that Brodus Clay’s debut could be tied in with the on-screen departure of John Morrison. It seems that this will take place as I am learning that Brodus Clay is set to have an impressive showing over John Morrison, which at this time is supposed to be his last WWE appearance.
Speaking to sources, I had heard there was at least some consideration at one point of an official match not even taking place, but rather Clay would brutally beat down Morrison before the match officially begins. It seems that idea is not expected to happen as WWE officials want Clay to have an official victory and be able to show off his in-ring abilities rather than just a physical beatdown outside of an actual match.
