Update: Hardy Not Drunk, Impairing Substance Thought by Cops

Matt HardyFayObserver.com is reporting that alcohol was not found in Former TNA star Matt Hardy's system when he was arrested, however, police believe that he took an "impairing substance" which has yet to be identified.

Hardy did submit a blood test following his arrest, however it will take some time before those results become available. You can read the entire article by clicking on the above link.
