PTPW Arena
Columbus, GA
Before the opening match Sal Rinauro came to the ring to profess his love for Tracy Taylor. Not only had she beaten him in a wrestling match the previous week, but she had stolen his heart. He declared that he would do anything to prove his love for Tracy. Tracy came to the ring and told him that he would have to start at the bottom and work his way up to her level. He agreed to take on anybody she proposed and when Deathrow appeared behind him, Rinauro fainted dead away and Deathrow got the easy win.
In the opening match the Inter-Gender Champion Jay Clinton defended his title against LaLa. Clinton got the win and retained his title.
Frankie Valentine was victorious over Shaun Tempers
In a great tag team match David Young & Chris Stevens were declared the winners over Iceberg & Jake Slater, but not before we were once again invaded by Sonny Siaki and a masked companion. There was total chaos as Siaki and the other man beat down Stevens & Young with chairs until the dressing room emptied out to calm things down. Siaki also clobbered a security guard and referee Rob Russo. There was true pandemonium as the fans tried to get at all the bad guys and it took quite awhile to restore order to the arena.
Jimmy Rave defeated Ace Rockwell in a hard fought battle that ended just 15 seconds before the 20 minute time limit was up.
In the main event, 16 fans chosen by lottery drawing, were placed around the ring with leather straps. They were there to make sure that neither Bulldog Raines or Colt Derringer escaped from the arena. They did a magnificent job of keeping both men in the ring, and seemed to get a lot of pleasure out of using the straps, and I can assure you the fans did not hold back. The match was called to an end by Referee Steve Miller on a double count out with both men down in the ring, but Promoter Billy Roper would not allow it to end that way and called for a re-start. However, while Roper was talking to the Referee, Colt Derringer clocked Bulldog with a cow bell and Bulldog was counted out and Derringer declared the winner. Bulldog then challenged Derringer to a cow bell match and that was immediately booked for the Thanksgiving show on the 28th.

NWA Main Event â” ION episode 30
Airing October 25, 2008 in Nashville on ION
Taped October 21, 2008 at the Nashville Fairgrounds Sports Arena
1 â” NEW YORK ROCKERS (New York Gangster & Damien Payne) vs. BRYAN CASEY & LARRY COOTER
Jason James and Tyler Clemmons spent the opening minutes running down the rest of the card. The body of the match was heel chicanery on parade as they worked on Gangsterâs arm. Cooter missed a Lawler fist drop, and it was fists of fire from Payne. Gangster hit a stunner. They called it the Rocker Dropper. I believe that name is taken. Payne finished Casey with a top rope double knee.
Winner: New York Rockers in 6:45. OK except the heels showed more smarts and wrestling skill. Gangster moves well for his size, but doesnât look like much of a babyface. Payne is borrowing from Dusty for his babyface makeover.
Promo by the soon to be debuting Aiden Scott, who already debuted on one of the State Fair episodes, but who can blame them for wanting to forget about those shows. Anyway, this was not good. They way the shot was framed made Scott look like a pinhead. Heâs in Main Event as part of an attempt to resuscitate the Mid-America X Division title.
New York Rockers promo. No idea why this aired. It was cut to preview a match that already taken place, and did them no favors as babyfaces.
2 â” CHRIS CAIN vs. PENNYWISE the CLOWN
Cain worked over the clownâs neck. Clemmons said Cain was imagining that it was J.P. Lightning. Cain use a Curt Hennig over the top neck snap. âYeah, but he is far from Mr. Perfect, Iâll tell you that much, is Chris Cain,â said James. Cain sadistically picked Pennywise apart until Scarlett Rose jumped up on the ring apron. Cane grabbed her by the hair. Pennywise caught Cain with a small package for the pin. Cain kept beating on the clown. Scarlett jumped on Cain, and he gave her a wicked neckbreaker. Off came the clown mask to reveal J.P. Lightning underneath. He cleared Cane out of the ring with all the neck flexibility of Frankenstein. Scarlett was carried to the back.
Winner: Pennywise (AKA J. P. Lightning) in 5:05. I liked the story. It had the element of surprise. Lightningâs wrestling looked so awkward in the clown outfit that I couldnât tell it was him.
Promo by Lightning. Scarlett was in the background wearing the neckbrace. Lightning said his neck was 100% and he was challenging Cane to a match.
Cane promo. He tried to say he knew it was Lightning in the clown suit all along, but it made no sense. âWhy donât you put your rail hopping hussy where your mouth is?â
3 â” SHANE SMALLS vs. BILLY HARDAWAY
Total domination by Smalls working fast and making beacoup pin attempts. The announce was back to ripping him about his looks. It took forever to set up, but the Rocking Horse face plant was cool.
Winner: Smalls in 4:15 with a moonsault. Smalls has been having a lot of good match. This wasnât one of them.
4 â” Mid America Television Title Match: Champion STEVE-O vs. SHANK âThe Freakâ BARZINI (with Walt Barzini)
Smalls pulled up a seat at ringside. The announce team talked about how O had beaten Smalls twice. They brought up Mike Woods putting his fist through Waltâs briefcase in self-defense last week and ending up screwed out of the title shot on a DQ. Shank took a nice backward bump through the ropes for Oâs dropkick. Back inside, Shank rudely tossed O on the back of his head. Shank worked on Oâs back with a camel clutch and then curb stomped him. O hit a flying forearm for the double down. O slipped off the ropes attempting to springboard dropkick. Shank, who was planted on the top turnbuckle, improvised with a double stomp. For the finish Walt grabbed Oâs leg on a suplex attempt and hung on, causing Shank to land on top. But Smalls pulled ref Jamie Ferrari out of the ring at two. While they argued, Woods hit the ring with the Clothesline from Hell on Shank. O covered Shank for the 1-2-3.
Winner: Steve-0 via pinfall at 8:48. It had its moments. Quite the creative finish. There was a timing problem, as Ferrari had to hold up the count bigtime waiting for Smalls to pull him out.
Backstage, Shank got into a heated argument with Small. Jeff Daniels told them to show some respect because he needed to concentrate on preparing for his title defense. The Barzinis went away happy when Dominique said Danielsâ opponent was Woods.
Promo by Steve-O. Heâs no Shakespeare. Steve said the deck was stacked against him, but he was still the TV champion. Set ’em up and Steve-O would keep knocking them down.
5 â” Mid America Heavyweight Title Match: Champion âThe Cripplerâ JEFF DANIELS (with Dominique) vs. MIKE WOODS
Clemmons said Danielsâ ego was bigger than ever. They put Woods over as a two-time former Mid-America Heavyweight Champion. Daniels was the cowardly cheater early. The tide turned when Daniels pumphandled the shoulder of Woods across the top rope. Daniels zeroed in on the arm to set up the Dominator. Clemmons noted that Daniels was using a keylock from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. âThat she-devilâ (as James loves to call her) got into the act. As Woods started an injury-riddled comeback, they cut to Uncle Walt out arguing with Dominique. With Walt providing the distraction, Shank hit the ring with the briefcase. Woods ducked and knocked the briefcase into the third row. Dominque tossed knucks to Daniels, and it was lights out for Woods.
Winner: Daniels in 8 minutes. As good as it was going to get for wrestling on this show. Some nice work on the arm by Daniels and Woods sold it well. Better execution of the finish than the previous match.
Woods said he was going to bring more mean because now it was personal with Shank. âStep in the ring, step up or step off.â
Daniels cut a classic promo for next weekâs Fairgrounds main event vs. âPlayboyâ Scott Hayes.
Charles doubted if even a mother could love a face like Snakeâs. Heâs got a point there. Charles said they got rid of that flea bitten dog Ali Stevens. Little Booger entered from stage right with a dog in his arms. Charles asked if the dog was house broken. Booger smiled. âHe is now.â Charles said Chris Phoenix was about to take a ride on the big roller coaster.
Phoenix said he had a family emergency last week, but he heard about Charming Charlesâ derogatory remarks and demanded a match to show the world that Snake was human.
6 â” SNAKE JONES (with Charming Charles & Little Booger) vs. CHRIS PHOENIX
It was all Jones stomping, kicking and choking. Jones applied the Snake Eyes (cobra clutch). Phoenix fought off la la land and hit a bulldog. Snake rolled a shoulder at two and sat up. Phoenix applied the cobra clutch. Booger hit Phoenix right in front of ref Mark Owens. Phoenix flattened Booger. Charles clocked Phoenix with his shoe. Snake covered for the pin.
Winner: Jones in 3:45. Dreadful stuff. These guys bring out the worst in each other.
Closing Thoughts: The stuff with Cane and Lightning continues to be the best thing going in NWA Main Event. Their promos need work, but itâs a great story. The Shank/Woods program is also humming along. I enjoyed the deal with each guy screwing up the other guyâs match. But let me get this straight. As a consequence of losing a match for a shot at the TV title, Woods gets an immediate shot at the Heavyweight title? The title matches had their moments, otherwise, the wrestling was ordinary at best. James and Clemmons again did a fine job of explaining the major angles in lieu of highlight clips. While Iâm thinking of it, how about a little originality with the names of finishing moves? On the down side, Snake vs. Phoenix was a horrible way to close the show. If I was on the fence about attending a live event, seeing that match would have been enough to keep me away. They need to rethink bringing back the X Division. The talent is noly deep enough to support two singles titles.

Bert Prentice opened hyping the Lawler 35 show featuring Lawler vs. Sid Vicious with Jimmy Hart in his corner.
You all know what happened to our business. Weâre just fighting to keep some sanity, and keep it alive.
Prentice introed the Memphis Memories video. It included clips of all the greats of Memphis wrestling. That was followed by a phone interview with Lawler. All tolled, the plug lasted over 15 minutes.
On to NWA Main Event with promoter Mike Porter joining Jason James on commentary this week.
1 â” LARRY COOTER & CHRIS CAIN vs. AIDEN SCOTT & WHITE TIGER
Shown in edited form. Babyface domination led to argument between Cooter and Cain. Back from commercial, Scott was making the hot tag. Tigerâs punches looked horrible. Some of the footage was rewound and replayed as a result of an editing gaffe. Scott cut off a Cainâs attack on Tiger with a Thesz Press. They rolled out to the floor and continued to fight. Cooter then pinned Tiger with a pumphandle front powerslam.
WINNERS: Cooter & Cain in 4:30 of TV time. Itâs slim pickings for new talent when Tiger is named as a rookie of the year candidate. The heat on Scott was edited out, so he looked like a world beater.
Cain and Scott both cut promos for the first NWA Main Event Sunday television taping in LaVergne at the HWA Arena. All tickets $5.
*Tennessee Homecoming 2008 on Thanksgiving Night at the Fairgrounds headlined by “Too Sexy” Brian Christopher vs. “Dangerous” Doug Gilbert with no time limit and no DQ match. NWA Mid-America Heavyweight Championship: Jeff Daniels (c) (with Dominique) vs. Scott Hayes, NWA Mid-America Television Championship: Steve-O (c) vs. Shane Smalls, Aiden Scott vs. Chris Cain with the winner crowned as the new NWA Mid-America X Division Champion, “Mean” Mike Woods vs. Larry Cooter, Shawn Shultz vs. Matt Boyce, Ali Stevens vs. Seven, and a Two Ring Battle Royal for the Nick Gulas Memorial Cup.
2 â” NWA Mid-America Television Champion STEVE-O vs. SHANE SMALLS
I have no idea why this match got a JIP graphic when most NWA ME matches are joined in progress. Smalls worked over Oâs knee with a series of leg DDTs, a single leg crab and an ankle lock. O used a catapult to start the comeback and hit a back suplex for a near fall. Smalls used a Punk-like climbing knee strike to set up the moonsault. It missed and Steve-O rolled him up to make it three straight wins over Smalls.
WINNER: Steve-O in 4:45 of TV time. Not as good as their previous matches. With LT Falk no longer around, Smalls is the best workrate guy they have. Heâs about as successful with that moonsault as Flair was going to the top rope.
Smalls promo.
Steve-O, you must have guardian angels in your dentures, because your always making out by the skin of your teeth.
Steve O promo for LaVergne. Everythingâs coming up roses in Steve-O land.
They replayed Bertâs Lawler 35 stuff.
3 â” NWA Mid-America Heavyweight Champion JEFF DANIELS (with Dominique) vs. SCOTT HAYES in a non-title match
JIP with Daniels giving Hayes a beating. James said that per Commissioner George Gulas, a victory by Hayes would earn him a title shot tomorrow in LaVergne. Porter said anytime Daniels faced a serious challenger, he tried to put him out of wrestling, just as he had tried to do to Hayes. James claimed referee Jamie Ferrari was not on speaking terms with his mother, Dominique. Porter said they should put James on the kayfabe list. Daniels took a flying crotch bump. Hayes rained down âthe 10 Punches of Doom.â He tried it again, but Ferrari stopped him. Dominique tossed knucks to Daniels. Ferrari confiscated the knucks. Hayes pinned Daniels with a sloppy rolling reverse.
WINNER: Hayes in 5 minutes of TV time.
Hayes promo for his title match tomorrow in LaVergne.
Daniels promo (with âThe First Lady of NWA Main Eventâ Dominique).
Hoodwinked, flim-flammed, bamboozled – No, I was screwed.
Daniels said he lost because of biased ref that had Mike Porter in his ear all day. Daniels said nobody in NWA ME wanted him as the champion, because nobody can take the title away from him.
Closing Thoughts: This was mostly an advertisement with a little wrestling thrown in. The top priority was plugging Lawler 35, and secondarily, Main Eventâs first television taping in LaVernge, The Memphis Memories video is a sweet piece of nostalgia. It got me yearning for the heyday of the territories. It will be interesting to see how the product changes with the move to tape apart from the Tuesday night Fairgrounds events. The venue in LaVergne would almost have to be an improvement over the dead crowds and drab appearance of the Fairgrounds. The crowds since they returned to the Fairgrounds in October have been 50-60, which looks especially bad in a building of that size. There was no mention of J.P. Lightning, and his stuff with Cain has easily been the most compelling thing about the recent TV shows. Theyâre really playing up Smalls obsession with the TV Title. Heâs become the best promo guy among the younger wrestlers. Consistently good promos from Daniels are a given. They did a complete180 on Ferrari, as they had previously dropped hints that he was cahoots with momma and Jeff. There was nothing about Hayes, either in the ring or on the mic, that made him look the least bit like championship material. They’re doing Cane vs.Scott to create a new X Division champion on the Thanksgiving show, so they’re serious about having three singles belts with a roster that is stretched thin to support two singles titles.
NWA Wrestling Returns to Charlotte in Early 2009
Written by Jay Joyce
Tuesday, 11 November 2008
(Charlotte, NC) NWA Charlotte announced today that professional wrestling, sanctioned by the NWA, is returning full-time to Charlotte beginning in early 2009.
âWe are delighted to have reached an agreement with the National Wrestling Alliance and Executive Director Bob Trobich to bring the NWA name and professional wrestling back to Charlotte,â said NWA Charlotte President JD Costello. âWe will begin bi-weekly shows in Charlotte under the NWA Charlotte brand in early 2009.â
The National Wrestling Alliance was formed in 1948 and has grown to be the largest group of independent professional wrestling promotions in the country. âNWA Charlotte brings back the rich heritage of this grand sport that generations of wrestling fans and families have enjoyed for more than 60 years across the Carolinas,â added Costello.
Costello himself was a legendary wrestling manager with the NWA in the mid 1980âs when he managed the tag team champions, The M.O.D. Squad (Masters of Disaster). âJD Costello and The M.O.D. Squad worked with wrestling icons like Jerry Lawler, Jerry Jarrett, Bill Dundee, Dutch Mantel, Baby Doll, and Jim Cornett,â said Costello. âWe worked for the original Jim Crockett Promotions, which was the foundation for what we know today as professional wrestling.â
North Carolina played the pivotal role in building the popularity of professional wrestling across the southeast. Back during the real building days of the NWA territory in North Carolina, sports fans watched college football, NASCAR and NWA wrestling.
âThere is a real magic with wrestling fans when you mention the NWA,â said Costello. âOur goal with NWA Charlotte is to bring that great style of family entertainment back to Charlotte on a regular basis.â
NWA Charlotte will regularly feature past and present NWA superstars, wrestling legends, new talent from TNA, and regional wrestling stars. âThe true excitement in professional wrestling is the contagious combination of good guys versus bad guys, great storylines, unique wrestling stars, and large championship bouts,â said Costello. âNWA Charlotte will have all of that and mix in the one element that today has to offer, which is the Internet.â
NWA Charlotte fans will be able to follow their favorite NWA superstars week by week on the NWA Charlotte website at HYPERLINK “http://www.NWACharlotte.com” www.NWACharlotte.com . âMixing in the Internet gives our wrestling fans a new resource to keep current on whatâs happening between shows,â said Costello. âThe Internet gives the fans instant satisfaction for their need of information and will also give them the chance to interact with wrestlers and other fans on message boards and blogs.â
NWA Charlotte has selected Charlotte-based creative marketing agency Ideas Squared as the agency of record. âIdeas Squared understands the unique blend of creativity, imagination, and technology that we need to connect everything together,â said Costello. âIdeas Squared has experience working with professional sports teams and organizations and they were a natural fit as our creative and marketing partner.â
âI want to assure wrestling fans across the Carolinas that NWA Charlotte will be entertaining and fast-paced while blending the traditions of NWA-style wrestling with the production values that todayâs fan demands,â concluded Costello. âWe will not disappoint our fans because the NWA Charlotte shows will be something that they have related to from years gone by and will want to share with their families to start new NWA traditions.â

About the NWA
The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) is the largest governing body for a group of independent professional wrestling promotions and sanctions various NWA championships in the United States. The NWA has been in operation since 1948. Prior to the 1980s, it acted as the sole governing body for most of professional wrestling, operating as a talent and brand name franchiser for the inter-regional “territory” system.
About NWA Charlotte
NWA Charlotte brings back the rich heritage of professional wrestling that generations of wrestling fans and families have enjoyed for more than 60 years across the Carolinas. NWA Charlotte shows offer wrestling entertainment that is âfamily-appropriateâ for fans of all ages and begins bi-weekly shows in Charlotte in early 2009.
About JD Costello
JD Costello was a legendary wrestling manager with the NWA in the mid 1980âs when he managed the tag team champions, The M.O.D. Squad (Masters of Disaster). JD Costello and The M.O.D. Squad worked with wrestling icons like Jerry Lawler, Jerry Jarrett, Bill Dundee, Dutch Mantel, Baby Doll, and Jim Cornett. During that time, Costello was employed with the original Jim Crockett Promotions, which was the real predecessor for what we know as professional wrestling today. Costello now owns the NWA Charlotte wrestling franchise.

Message from JD Costello
After three exhaustive months of searching for the perfect building and location, we signed the papers this morning on the new 15,000 sq. ft. NWA Charlotte Coliseum at I-85 and Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte! It’s the perfect location in Charlotte, and being just off the Interstate, it will be easily accessible to fans who drive in from other cities. It is near the airport and hotels.
This is the largest professional wrestling building in the Carolinas.
The building of the stage and infrastructure will start immediately and be ready for our January 2009 launch!
We will be unveiling the official name of the Coliseum in December during a dedication ceremony with the naming sponsor!
It feels great to finally have this part of the NWA Charlotte mission completed and signed.
Pictures are going to be posted soon on the temporary NWACharlotte. com website. Our new website will debut at the end of the year.
In recent weeks, there has been a ton of interest in our new promotion. We’ve had many meetings with NWA executives and what we have planned will be unlike any other independent promotion. We’ve got so much planned and in the works with talent, storylines and production…not to mention television and DVD offerings. We will work hard to make us the flagship promotion of the NWA…bringing back to Charlotte what left when Ted Turner purchased Jim Crockett Promotions.
Thank you to everybody who has been giving us good wishes. We appreciate your support and promise a fantastic facility so you can enjoy true professional wrestling again.

5. SoCal Pro Heavyweight Championship: SoCal Crazy defeated SCP Heavyweight Champion and member of The Elite, âRadiantâ Jason Redondo with a debuting Trina Michaels via disqualification. Redondo retained the SCP Heavyweight Title.
As SoCal Crazy was seconds away from pinning Redondo and becoming the new SoCal Pro Heavyweight Champion, Scott Lost and Joey Ryan interfered and broke the refereeâs count in order for Redondo to get disqualified. The locker room emptied and the wrestlers brawled in the ring until Commissioner Durwood Murray came into the ring to restore order. Murray stated that since there was interference in the title match, the best decision would be to have a rematch at the next SoCal Pro show. Murray would also mention that the rematch would be contested in a Lumberjack Strap Match for the SoCal Pro Heavyweight Championship.

Ego Fantastico(c) Vs Drake Younger
ICW Heavyweight Title Match
This has match of the year written all over it. Ego has dominated 2008 here in ICW. The current NWA Midwest X-Division,ICW World Champion and ICW Best of The Midwest 08 winner has a huge challenge ahead of him at Destiny III. Drake Younger is the current CZW World Heavyweight Champion,Former ICW Champion and 2008 Ted Petty Invitational Winner. Younger wants the gold back that he put on the map and will stop at nothing doing so. It won’t be the same high fiving smiling Drake that were all used to. This is a determined man who will do anything just to win back the gold he lost 2 months ago.
Ryan Rogue Vs Silas Young (c)
NWA Midwest Title Match
The dominating champion known as Silas Young has taken on any and everyone that has challenged for his title. He is quickly becoming the greatest NWA Midwest Champion in history. Silas on his 2nd reign with the title will defend it against the east sides own Ryan Rogue. Rouge and Silas have battled off and on for the better part of the last 4 years in MIAW. Rogue is a Former MIAW Heavyweight Champion and is no stranger at having gold around his waist. Can Rogue upset the NWA Midwest Champion at Destiny III?
Troy Walters Vs Jason Hades
No DQ! No Time Limit!
Troy Walters has made ICW his home since this company has been started. Walters is a former 2 time ICW Midwest Champion and a former ICW Tag Team Champion. Jason Hades is a former ICW Cruiserweight Champion and the current IWA MS Cruiserweight Champion. These 2 have faced off all over the midwest and are currently locked into a fued in IWA MS. The winner of this match will earn a spot in the ICW Midwest Title Tournament in December. Walters and Hades are in the top 5 of the best wrestlers around the midwest today. This should be a classic for all the ICW fans.
Dysfunction and Bobby(c) V Vs The McCoys
NWA WI and ICW Tag Team Title Match
This has been a war since April. These two teams have done everything possible and it’s finally time for them to end this once and for all. Both tag team championships will be on the line. Last month The Mcooys swept Dys and Bobby V in singles matches and earned this huge double title match. The month before Dys and Bobby defeated the Mccoys and started there 2nd title reign as ICW Tag Champs. This fued has brought the best out of The Mccoys as they they should be called the best tag team in wisconsin hands down. The Mccoys are coming into a new level of tag team excellence
Mason W Quinn NW WI Champion Vs “Hitman” Dave Demone and Jason Riley
2 on 1 Handicap match
We seen Demone cost Quinn the Midwest title 2 months ago and start “getting weird” pretending to be Bret Hart when hes alone in front of the mirrior. Jason Riley just fired his Ninja and has created a new tag team in ICW called The Canadian Foundation. Quinn being the 6’3 240lb beast that he is quickly accepted the handicap match and plans on leaving Destiny III with a huge victory and some revenge over his former protege Dave Demone.
TWIII Vs Derek St Holmes
Loser Leave ICW Forever!!
They were once fun loving tag team that the fans loved watching. Thomas Walton with his perfect golf swing and sweater vest and his tag team partner the scholar Derek St.Holmes. DSH unleashed his true colors after a tag team title loss the month before and another Walton loss against Dredd forced DSH inot a rage and he turned on his partner and destroyed him with his butterfly brain buster. Then recently Walton had Chandler beat when DSH got involved and saved Chandler from getting pinned in the match up. At Destiny III DSH AND TWIII will battle each other for there ICW careers. There is no tomorrow the loser of this match will never wrestle in ICW again.
Jayson Cash,The Jackal and Steve Stone Vs Mase Morgan,Kody Rice and Calvin Cash!!
Last month we seen Kody and Mase reunite as a tag team with a diffrent attitude. They went from Fire and Rice and transformed into Murder and Hate. They also got Jayson Cash’s little brother on there side when he turned on his big brother and costed him the match. Steve Stone made the save for The Jackal and Cash saving them from a serious beatdown. Stone, Jackal and Cash are the strangest team ever assembled here in ICW. 3 guys that are nothing a like and have nothing in common except there hatred from Mase,Kody and Calvin. This will be a huge 6 Man match up will some of the best up and coming talent here in ICW. Don’t be surprised if this match steals the show!
“Redneck” Chet Boyett Vs “Simply Amazing” Justin Dredd
Justin Dredd is one of the most decorated ICW wrestlers to date. Dredd has won every title except the ICW Tag Team Titles. Dredd though has no plans in going after those belts. He wants his ICW World Heavyweight Title back. Dredd plans on starting his road to the title here at Destiny III with a win over Chet Boyett. The Redneck is a graduate of Silas Youngs wrestling school. Boyett lost his debut match against Steve Stone but showed his size and aggression could be a dominating force in ICW in the future. Could Boyett get the biggest win of his life if he can defeat Dredd? Or will Dredd show Boyett why he is Simply Amazing!!!
Jason Dukes Vs Billy Goates Vs Dustin The DVD Guy
In a Debate for the ICW GM job
Joey Eastman decided that ICW needed a new General Manager and made 3 choices. Jason Dukes,Dustin The Dvd guy and Billy Goates. Goates has taken the Wisconsin wrestling scene by storm lately wrestling for ACW,GLCW and MIAW. Dustin is someone everyone in the crowd knows and trusts. Well educated on the fans opinion of wrestling and whats going on.He also has promised more $5 porn which is a solid platform to run on. Then there is Jason Dukes. The recently retired family man gave up wrestling a few months ago. With a vast wrestling knowledge from being in the ring for so many years his experience would lead him in the direction fans would look for. The Vote on Nov 21st will eliminate 1 of the viable contenders and make it a possible 1 man 1 Goat race or a 2 man race

NWA LIBERTY STATES
KOKO B. Ware will be hosting a wrestling clinic Saturday November 29 at 2pm. The clinic will be hosted by the NWA Liberty States and it will be held at the BWO wrestling school in Hasbrouck Heights NJ. The cost of the clinic will be 25.00 and you can call and reserve your spot by calling 201 370 7891. You can pay by cash or paypal. Paypal address is prowrestlingallin@yahoo.com . The class will be 2 hours and cover in ring wrestling locker room educate and proper way to get bookings. Here is KOKO’s bio from the WWF. Learn from a 20 year pro who has been successfull in every single major wrestling company.
World Wrestling Federation
In 1986, Ware signed with the World Wrestling Federation, where he was repackaged as the fun loving â
Birdman” Koko B. Ware.He would make his entrances dancing to the ring to the tune of Morris Day & The Time’s “The Bird,” flapping his arms and carrying his pet macaw âFrankie”, who sat on a perch at ringside while Koko wrestled. Bright outfits, colorful sunglasses, a constant smile and his trademark vibrato voice instantly made Koko a big hit, especially with the younger crowd that the WWF mainly catered to during the 1980s.[9]
Koko sung the title track of the 1987 WWF Album “Piledriver”. Thesong’s video featured top wrestlers of the day like Hulk Hogan and The Honky Tonk Man.
Kokoâs first major showcase in the WWF was at the November 29, 1986 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event where he defeated Nikolai Volkoff
Unfortunately for Koko, his initial success in the big match environment was not an indicator of things to come as he soon found himself losing repeatedly when he came up against such stars as Butch Reed, Greg Valentine, and The Big Boss Man. From 1987 to 1993 Koko appeared on several WWF PPVs and Saturday Night’s Main Events being used mainly to make established or rising stars look good. At the Survivor Series in 1990, Koko became the first wrestler to fall victim to The Undertakerâs Tombstone Piledriver in the Undertakerâs debut match.
In 1991 the WWF and the United States Wrestling Association started a talent exchange agreement which saw Koko B. Ware return to his old stomping grounds in Memphis (same area, different promotion). In the USWA Koko was more successful than in the WWF, winning the USWA World Title twice, once from Kamala âThe Ugandan Giant” and once from USWA icon Jerry Lawler. Koko also hooked up with Rex Hargrove and won the USWA Tag Team Championship once. Koko B. Ware competed in the USWA until his semi-retirement in 1995.
While competing in the USWA, Koko B. Ware also got a bit of a push in the WWF; he teamed up with Owen Hart to form the high flying team known as High Energy, well known in wrestling circles for their gigantic baggy brightly colored pants and checkered suspenders. High Energy feuded with (and generally lost to) The Nasty Boys, the Headshrinkers, and Money Incorporated. The team made only one PPV appearance as a team, a loss to the Headshrinkers at the 1992 Survivor Series.[15] The team ended in 1993 after Owen Hart injured his knee.
After High Energy ended Koko was mainly used as a low carder until he left the WWF in 1994.

ECCW NEWS
Due to their actions at ECCW’s event on November 1st in Vancouver, where they brutally attacked and beat down NWA/ECCW tag team champions Nelson Creed & Kenny Lush, the Chill Town team of Sid Sylum and Dropkick Murphy have both been suspended from ECCW for four weeks, retroactive to November 1st, by NWA representative Mike Sweetser.
“What Sylum and Murphy did in Vancouver to Lush and Creed was reprehensible,” said Sweetser in a statement to ECCW.com, “and it’s time for this kind of thing to stop, right here, and right now. Make no mistake, this suspension is a direct message not only to Chill Town, but to the rest of ECCW – the inmates do not run the asylum here, and actions like this will no longer be tolerated by the National Wrestling Alliance. Period.”
