PWInsider.com is reporting that Konnan’s lawsuit against TNA will probably end up back in court sometime in February. The discovery phase they are currently going through was supposed to appear before the judge next week, but got pushed back.
Currently, Konnan’s side is trying to get email addresses for TNA staff and talent, but TNA is not wanting to provide them.
WrestleZone.com also spoke with Konnan and he said that TNA’s lawyers were also in the middle of contacting his former employers to "try and discredit him any way they can". We will keep you posted as more news becomes available.
