There were changes in Georgia Entertainment & Athletic Commission (GAEC) at yesterday’s monthly meeting, as JJ Biello was defeated by Phil Hunnicutt for the seat of Chariman of the board. Also, Cary Ichter was made Vice Chairman. Not sure what this means for wrestling regulation in Georgia. Cary Ichter is in an interesting position as he has a long history of litigating against professional wrestling companies, and is currently the attorney of record in an active suit against TNA, and sued Time-Warner (WCW), and WWE in the past.
