The Undertaker has officially undergone surgery to fix his hip injury.
The hip injury was one of the problems that forced ‘Taker to take some time off television after his incredible performance at WrestleMania 25 with Shawn Michaels.
Prior to that bout, however, "the Dead Man" had been suffering from hip and back pain for several months and the hope is his recent surgery will have eliminated pain in both areas.
Undertaker is still set to return to WWE television around SummerSlam.
