InsideTV.aol.com is reporting that WWE will begin shooting a new sitcom project which is going to star Santino Marella. The company plans to shoot the first three episodes of the show in 2 weeks, then take it from there. Santino Marella was quoted as saying the following in the AOL interview: "In two weeks, we’re filming the first three episodes," Santino said. "It will air at first on the dot com, then after that we will get it to a network television."
It appears that USA Network VP Chris McCumber is not aware of WWE’s plans, however, as he said "I’m not aware of it. I need to see it. He’s quite a comedic character, so no doubt he will have a good sitcom."

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
