It sounds like AEW is set to get one of their top talents back in time for All In: Texas later this month.
Darby Allin hasn’t been seen on AEW programming since the final episode of Rampage last year. When he was tossed down a flight of stairs by the Death Riders. But following a successful climb of Mount Everest, it sounds like the former TNT Champion will be back for the company sooner rather than later.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Darby Allin is believed to return to the company “imminently.” With the same source telling Sapp that they would be shocked if Allin wasn’t involved at All In: Texas in some capacity.
Sapp hasn’t heard what Allin’s creative plans are. Although it would make sense for him to be looking for revenge against the Death Riders. Due to the fact that they put him on the shelf over six months ago.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Allin’s AEW return as it becomes available.
