AEW Dynamite Viewership Decreases On 6/25, Demo Also Drops

AEW Dynamite saw a decrease in viewership on June 25.

According to Wrestlenomics, 613,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.15 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when 736,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.21 rating in the same demographic.

Viewership for Wednesday’s show on MAX is unknown at this time.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with Mercedes Moné attacking Toni Storm backstage. Mercedes continued the assault on the stage until she was chased off by security and Mina Shirakawa.

Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland defeated Blake Christian and Lee Johnson. After the match, Swerve and Ospreay challenged the Young Bucks to a match at All In with their EVP titles on the line.

Kris Statlander and Mark Briscoe won their respective four-way matches to earn the number one entrant into their respective Casino Gauntlet matches.

In the main event of the evening, Hangman Page defeated The Beast Mortos. After the match, the Young Bucks and the Death Riders attacked Hangman before being chased off by The Opps and Will Ospreay.
