Kacy Catanzaro is on the mend.
Injuries are common occurrences in the world of professional wrestling. Even as recently as last week, a simple move resulted in an unfortunate injury for Liv Morgan. Last year, Catanzaro (fka Katana Chance in WWE) suffered a broken nose. It looks like she has finally gotten it fixed.
In July of last year, Kacy Catanzaro was in a six-person tag team match. She, her tag team partner, Kayden Carter, and former WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria took on the team of Shayna Baszler, Sonya Deville, and Zoey Stark. During the match, Stark nailed Catanzaro with her finisher, the Z-360. It was then reported that the former American Ninja Warrior suffered a broken nose thanks to the Z-360.
Catanzaro posted on her Instagram story that she successfully underwent surgery and finally, her broken nose is getting fixed.

Kacy Catanzaro reflects on her WWE run
During her run in WWE, Kacy Catanzaro captured both the WWE and NXT Women’s Tag Team championships. Both Catanzaro and her tag team partner, Kayden Carter, were released from their WWE contracts on May 2nd.
Catanzaro was a recent guest on the Lightweights Podcast. There, she reflected on her time with the company and admitted she doesn’t think she truly found herself during that run.
“You’re kind of put in these spots and you’re needed to be a specific thing right away.” Katana Chance said. “I don’t know if I ever fully was able to really find myself in it. That was an ongoing struggle of mine throughout my journey, which is—I don’t know that I actually ever got to do that. And fully find if I was myself or whatever I wanted to be with no restrictions, what it would have been.”
Do you think the American Ninja Warrior will end up wrestling next?
