Can WWE and AEW co-exist on the set of American Gladiators?
A lot of eyebrows were raised recently when it was announced that AEW stars Wardlow and Kamille would be featured in the new American Gladiators reboot. Due to the fact that the show will also feature WWE Superstar The Miz as the host.
But will involvement from the top two wrestling companies in the world create issues for the show?
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select) can’t confirm reports that one of the companies raised issues with the combination.
Sapp would go on to state sources he’s spoken to within WWE haven’t heard of any issues and expect things to remain professional. He’s also heard that AEW has no issues with The Miz hosting the show as it will air on Amazon Prime. AEW also doesn’t expect any WWE integration in the show beyond The Miz hosting it.
