R-Truth Makes Shocking Return At WWE Money In The Bank

In a stunning close to tonight’s Money in the Bank, R-Truth returned, costing John Cena and Logan Paul their tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.

After a week of reports that Truth was no longer with WWE amidst a contract issue, the superstar was shocked the crowd tonight. Toward the end of the match, Cena looked ready to win after hitting Rhodes with the Undisputed WWE Championship.

A mysterious figure then jumped the security barricade, and dropped Cena with a tackle. He then picked up the title and hit Cena with it, only to reveal himself as none other than Truth. He jumped the barricade again and ran off afterward. This let Cody Rhodes hit Cena with the Cross Rhodes for the win.

The moment came as a complete shock to both the crowd and those watching. It’s currently unclear whether or not R-Truth is in talks to return to WWE, or if he even ever was gone from the company. WWE is known for attempting to “swerve” fans every now and again, so we’ll have to wait for more information, or for Truth to show up again.
