Jey Uso recently revealed what type of music he’s listening to before going to the ring, and one pick had fans surprised.
During a recent video with GQ Sports about his “essential” items, Uso talked about his pre-show music playlist. While some of his music choices featured artists like J. Cole or Gucci Mane, it also sported the likes of NSYNC.
“I got range though, Uce,” said Uso. “I got that NSYNC to Britney Spears, all the way to Young Jeezy and Gucci Mane.”
Some of the other artists Uso shouted out were Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole, the latter of whom he said was probably his favorite artist. Uso also said he listens to a lot of classic R&B, like Usher, before he goes out to the ring. The reason why, according to Uso, is that there’s lots to remember, so he likes to stay mellow.
Uso is currently enjoying his reign as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Following a successful title defense this month, he’s also set to compete at Money in the Bank, where he’ll team up with Cody Rhodes to take on John Cena and Logan Paul.
