Mercedes Moné found the $2 steak that Jim Ross was always talking about.
This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite was a special night for multiple reasons. AEW ran a double broadcast, branding Dynamite and Collision as a four-hour show under the “Fyter Fest” name. Mercedes Moné also had a special seat for the show, as she brought her own table to the ringside area. She did commentary and dined on steak and wine during the Mina Shirakawa and “Timeless” Toni Storm vs. Julia Hart and Skye Blue match.
Seeing a wrestler eat a meal during a match was a great segment. However, fans are still going wild over one other key aspect: Mercedes Moné’s steak was way overcooked. See for yourself:
You Don’t have to like Mercedes….You don’t have to hate Mercedes….

But can we all agree that anyone who eats a well done steak should be shunned immediately and forever?!?!!! pic.twitter.com/i66JUSOnr9
Mercedes later admitted that she likes her steaks well-done… Public shaming isn’t always the most appropriate course of action, but if you need a reason, this is it!
Steaks are supposed to be red, or maybe pink if you ask for medium or medium-well. That thing is BROWN! It is so overcooked that it looks like leather, or if you cut open a tree trunk to count the rings. This steak was cooked longer than Moné’s TBS Championship has lasted.
We’re not the only ones who noticed either:
IS THAT WELLDONE?!!!! YOU ARE EVIL!!!!! https://t.co/iz1pvnxkCF

Ok sorry I have to say something about this BRICK of WELL DONE carcass they gave Mercedes to choke down. She struggled to chew this completely over cooked NY strip that for some reason is sitting on a lily pad. It should have been a grilled med rare petite filet resting on some… pic.twitter.com/krSMaRDlEx

Credit goes to “Timeless” Toni Storm, who somehow managed to take a bite out of the steak without chipping a tooth or hurting her jaw. Moné will challenge Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship at All In: Texas on July 12.
