Stephanie Vaquer unexpectedly lost her WWE NXT Women’s championship to Jacy Jayne.
This past weekend at WWE NXT Battleground, Stephanie Vaquer successfully defended her title against Jordynne Grace. However, following her victory, Vaquer was seen arguing with Chik Tormenta and Dalys backstage.
Suddenly, Jacy Jayne ran in and slapped the champion in the face, leading to a chaotic brawl as officials rushed in to separate them. Following this heated confrontation, a match was set between Vaquer and Jayne for the WWE NXT Women’s Championship.
Their clash took place in the main event on WWE NXT, and in a shocking turn of events. Jayne stunned Stephanie Vaquer to capture the NXT Women’s Championship. The upset victory came with help from her Fatal Influence teammates, Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx.
In the final moments of the match, Vaquer had Jayne trapped in an armbar on the ropes when Nyx distracted the referee. This allowed Henley to deliver a kick to Vaquer, leading to Jayne hitting her Discus Forearm and pinning Vaquer for the win, leaving fans stunned.

Jacy Jayne, the new WWE NXT Women’s Champion, has broken her silence after her shocking victory over Stephanie Vaquer. She took to X, formerly Twitter, to address her critics, confidently shutting down those who doubted her rise in WWE. She wrote, “To everyone who ever doubted me, called me the third wheel, said I’d never make it… HAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!! Never doubt me again.”
