Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT kicked off with a title change as Ethan Page captured the North American Championship for the first time.
Ricky Saints looked to defend his NXT North American Championship tonight against “All Ego” Ethan Page. Unfortunately, things didn’t end up going well for him.
The match was out of control early on. And it looked like it was going to get thrown out. However, NXT General Manager Ava came out and informed everyone that there must be a clear winner.

Page would take advantage of this change in rules and hit Saints with a Twisted Grin on the outside on top of an open chair, smashing his throat.
All Ego targeted Saints’ throat for the rest of the match and defeated Saints with another Twisted Grin in the ring to capture the North American Title for the first time.
