Report: More Bans Following Recent TNA Wrestling Talent Meeting

The changes continue within TNA Wrestling under the company’s new management team.

Earlier this month, TNA issued an edict to scale back on blading and intentional blood in matches. But that just seems to be the beginning of more changes coming to the company.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), a memo was sent out to inform talents that slaps are no longer permitted unless approved by an agent ahead of time.

The throat-slashing gesture is also banned entirely, and talent would be fined if they performed it on TNA programming.

These changes were discussed in a talent meeting on Saturday where management expressed their unhappiness that this information had already been leaked. Which in itself is hilarious as the details of the talent meeting also leaked shortly thereafter.

It’s unknown what additional changes might be in store for the company in the coming months.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more on TNA Wrestling’s changes as they become available.
