WWE might be without Zoey Stark for a considerable amount of time.
Money in the Bank Qualifier Matches continued this past Monday on Raw. One of the qualifying matches was a Triple Threat Match between Former WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, a returning Kairi Sane, and former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Zoey Stark. During the match, Stark tried to hit a dropkick on Sane. Unfortunately, Stark landed badly on her knee and was immediately removed from the match.
Recently, Fightful Select have shared an update on Zoey Stark. According to the report, Stark is expected to be out for the rest of 2025. However, it’s worth noting that this might not be an official diagnosis and remains to be confirmed.
“Unfortunate news for Zoey Stark. The WWE Raw star sustained a knee injury on May 19, in a gruesome sight. She was removed from the match and helped to the back. She also noted on Twitter that she wouldn’t be able to perform for quite some time. The initial fear backstage was tear that would require surgery, though we haven’t heard if there’s been an official diagnosis. Those that we’ve spoken to backstage say they’re preparing to not have Zoey Stark for the remainder of the year,” Fightful Select posted.
We at WrestleZone wish Stark a speedy recovery.
Stark also sent out a tweet thanking the fans for all their love and support.
“Wow the love and support means more to me than you’ll ever know! What hurts more than my knee is knowing I wont be able to perform for all of you for a while. I LOVE what I do and I’m blessed to do this. As the saying goes, the comeback is greater than the setback. Love you guys #StarkMarks,” Zoey Stark tweeted.
When do you think Stark will be back?
