It was a rough night for Drew McIntyre after taking a bad bump at WWE Backlash.
During the fatal four-way match for the United States Championship, Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest brawled away from ringside and out into the crowd among the WWE Universe.
The two canceled each other out of the match when Priest hit McIntyre with a South of Heaven off some production crates onto multiple tables on the floor. Unfortunately, this spot might have injured McIntyre.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, McIntyre’s head missed the table on this spot and is currently being checked out by WWE’s medical team.
The status and severity of this injury are currently unknown. A spot like this would typically indicate a concussion, but that is unconfirmed as of this writing.
UPDATE: During the Backlash media presser, Triple H said McIntyre is a bit banged up but is totally fine.
