WWE NXT saw another decrease in viewership on May 6 against the NHL and NBA Playoffs.
According to Wrestlenomics, NXT averaged 652,000 viewers on Tuesday. The show drew a 0.14 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when an average of 674,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week’s show (0.15 rating in the same demographic).

What happened on WWE NXT this week?
This week’s show kicked off with DarkState defeating TNA Champion Joe Hendry, Hank, and Tank after interference from Trick Williams.
Zaria defeated Kelani Jordan to keep her from challenging Sol Ruca for the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
Elsewhere on the show, Myles Borne won a battle royal to earn the right to challenge Oba Femi for the NXT Championship.
In the main event of the evening, Jordynne Grace defeated Giulia to earn a shot at NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer at Battleground later this month.
