Shawn Michaels praises what he sees take place every day inside the WWE Performance Center.
WWE Senior Vice President of Talent Development and Creative Shawn Michaels was a guest at WWE World during WrestleMania 41 weekend. When asked what the greatest aspect of the Performance Center is, Michaels offered a very insightful response.
“[The Legends] have a great deal of fun with one another, but how each and every one of them connected so quickly with our talent,” Shawn Michaels said. “They could see in their eyes how much they wanted it.
“And then this group of legends immediately, you can see them connect, and then really start to invest themselves, bring themselves every week, week after week, day after day, of getting with this talent because they genuinely care.
Shawn Michaels says the culture Triple H put into place at the Performance Center still thrives today
“That is the absolute number one greatest aspect of the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, is the culture, and it sounds like I’m blowing smoke, but the culture that Triple H first put in that place still thrives today, and it has an effect on everybody when they walk in.
“And when you have people that are accomplished in this business, as these individuals are, and then they walk in the door, and they’re so unbelievably giving of their wisdom and their knowledge and doing everything they can to pass it forward. It’s an awesome thing to see. And those talents have benefited. But I know that they are very, very tight and close with all of their talent, and that’s been again, the most rewarding thing to sit there and watch from the outside.”
