Booker T says a lot of interesting things on WWE NXT every Tuesday night as a member of the commentary trio with Vic Joseph and Corey Graves.
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T recently spoke with MuscleManMalcolm. When asked if his wife, Queen Sharmell, gets upset with some of his remarks on commentary towards Stephanie Vaquer and Lola Vice, Booker said his wife understands the business and understands he’s just working out there.
“Sharmell has been in the entertainment business since she was a little girl, beauty pageants and whatnot,” Booker said. “She understands the business. And when she sees me out there, she knows that I’m working more than anything. And it’s not about me when I’m out there. If I get some light on Stephanie Vaquer, if I could put some light on Jaida Parker, Trick Williams, I’m gonna do my job.”
Booker T also confirmed that nothing he’s said on commentary during NXT has found him on the couch when he got home.
