Charlotte Flair discusses her return and her goal to win the WWE Women’s Championship.
Flair missed all of 2024, as she suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus in December 2023. She returned at WWE Royal Rumble, where she won the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Flair is set to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship at WWE WrestleMania 41.
Speaking with Alex Pattle of The Independent, Charlotte Flair briefly commented on her return.
“I don’t plan on slowing down, that’s not why I came back,” Flair said. “I haven’t held that title. It’s still something new, and so is [the Women’s World Title]. I was the inaugural Raw Women’s Champion, so these titles match my DNA. Every time one of those is raised… [it affects me], but I haven’t held those two.”
Flair is a 15-time champion in the main roster. She has often expressed her interest in breaking her father’s world title record.
