Mina Shirakawa is reportedly expected to join AEW, as she is wrapping up with STARDOM.

Kimoto Riju of Tokyo Sports reports that Mina Shirakawa is set to leave STARDOM at the end of March, as her contract is expiring. The report notes that Shirakawa will move to the United States after she leaves STARDOM. Per Riju, Shirakawa informed STARDOM of her intention to leave at the end of 2024. It was also noted that Shirakawa is leaving STARDOM to begin her career overseas.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) writes that he has confirmed that Shirakawa is going to AEW. There is also a press conference planned this week.

Mina Shirakawa has been with STARDOM since 2020. She is a two-time Artist of STARDOM Champion, a former Future of STARDOM Champion, a former Goddesses of STARDOM Champion, and a former Wonder of STARDOM Champion.

Shirakawa had a run with AEW in 2024, as she had a storyline with Mariah May and Toni Storm. She challenged Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. She later challenged May for the title at AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming.
