In-Ring Segment: Randy Orton

Orton welcomes the crowd to Monday Night Raw. The next time we see Orton, he will be the new World Champion. Orton notes that Gunther made this personal when he made this about Orton’s father and grandfather. Orton says at that point, he had no choice but to hit Gunther with an RKO. The World Heavyweight Champion Gunther interrupts. The crowd drowns Gunther out with boos every time he attempts to speak.

Gunther tells the crowd to shut up, which works about as well as you think it would. Gunther mocks Orton for celebrating his RKO last week. That’s the only celebrating Orton is going to get to do. Gunther exclaims that all Orton managed to accomplish was making this very personal. The crowd boos. Gunther says he’s going to leave Orton a bloody mess.

Gunther promises to expose Orton as an underachieving one-trick pony. Orton laughs and says it will make an uncomfortable flight for Gunther with a size 15 boot shoved right up Gunther’s @$$. Gunther squares up. Ludwig Kaiser tries to attack from behind, but Orton fights him off. Orton turns his attention to Gunther. Kaiser chop blocks Orton. Gunther and Kaiser beat down Orton and leave him lying in the ring.

Backstage, Sheamus says he is worried about his injured hand. He still has a lot left in the tank to teach these young Thundercats.

Sheamus vs. Pete Dunne

Sheamus immediately tries a Brogue Kick. Dunne avoids it. Sheamus clubs Dunne. Dunne hides in the ropes. When the referee backs Sheamus off. Dunne lands a cheap shot. Sheamus sends Dunne flying with an Alabama slam. Dunne rolls out to the apron. Sheamus tries to retrieve Dunne, but Dunne lands a head kick. ArmDT, but Dunne. Dunne bends the fingers on Sheamus’ injured hand. Dunne traps Sheamus in a triangle. Sheamus lifts Dunne off the mat and hits a backbreaker.

Dunne rolls out to the apron. Sheamus shoulder blocks Dunne off the apron into the commentary desk. Sheamus takes a moment to give Pete McAfee a high-five at the desk, which allows Dunne to surprise him with a dive. Dunne stomps Sheamus’ injured hand on the steel ringsteps. After the break, Dunne unloads on Sheamus. Sheamus screams at Dunne, asking if that’s all he’s got. Dunne lands a flurry of elbows.

Dunne hits the ropes and gets slammed by Sheamus. Sheamus tries the ten beats, but Dunne snaps Sheamus’ fingers. Dunne lands his own version of the ten beats. Sheamus rises behind Dunne like a horror movie monster and hits the ten beats. Sheamus hangs Dunne across the top rope and lands ten more beats. Dunne stops Sheamus’ Brogue Kick attempt with an enziguri. Dunne tries a moonsault off the top.

Sheamus counters with a running knee strike. Sheamus takes Dunne up top for an avalanche white noise. Dunne escapes and lands a running powerbomb. Sheamus kicks out. Dunne traps Sheamus’ injured hand in the middle turnbuckle. Dunne stomps Sheamus’ prone hand. Sheamus uses brute strength to rip the turnbuckle pad off the ropes and obliterates Dunne with a Brogue Kick for the win.

Winner- Sheamus

Backstage, Kofi Kingston asks Xavier Woods why his energy has been off. Woods admits that he feels like Kingston is trying to replace Big E with Odyssey Jones. Kingston says he would never do that. Kingston wants to help Jones along like they wish the vets would have done for them when they were getting started. Woods agrees. Jones walks in and gives Woods an over-enthusiastic hug.

Backstage, Chade Gable officially welcomes Ivy Nile to American Made. Nile promises to handle Maxxine Dupri tonight. Gable notes that once they are done with Alpha Academy, they can focus on The Wyatt Sicks.

Ivy Nile vs. Maxxine Dupri

Dupri dropkicks Nile from behind after Nile dismissively turns her back to her. Nile falls out of the ring. Dupri sends Nile into the barricade. Nile gets to her feet. Dupri launches Nile clear across the commentary desk. Dupri sends Nile back into the ring. Nile boots Dupri in the face and ground and pounds her. The lights go out, and The Wyatt Sicks music hits. Abby the Witch (Nikki Cross) appears in the ring. The Creeds and Gable hit the ring. The rest of the Wyatt Sicks appear around the ring. Cross attacks Nile. Lumis, Gacy, and Rowen take out the Creeds. Gable is left surrounded by the ring. Uncle Howdy appears and drops Gable with Sister Abigail.

In-Ring Segment: CM Punk

Punk says he didn’t get much sleep last night. He got some good news, and he couldn’t wait to get here to tell us about it. Punk wants to tell us a story. While he was at Fanatics Fest this weekend, someone asked him why Punk thinks he is on a hot streak. Punk says it’s 100% the fans. Punk talks about some of the amazing fans he met during the weekend. Punk shows a handful of bracelets fans made from him and points out that they may be insignificant to others, but they matter to him.

The bracelet Drew McIntyre took off his unconscious body means something to him. McIntyre claims to be done with Punk, but Punk isn’t done with McIntyre. Punk says McIntyre claims to hate him, but Punk thinks McIntyre loves him. He’s his biggest fan. That said, Punk made a bracelet for McIntyre. Punk unrolls a leather strap. Punk announces they are having a strap match at Bash in Berlin. In Berlin, Punk is going to whip a bitch.

Drew McIntyre’s music hits. McIntyre slowly walks out on the stage. McIntyre asks Punk if he’s been drinking. He accepts. McIntyre doesn’t want to wait for the PLE next week; he wants revenge for last week. McIntyre tells Punk to get rid of the strap he’s holding, and they can get busy. Punk says he’ll give McIntyre the strap if McIntyre gives him back his bracelet. McIntyre laughs and says no.

The New Day and Odyssey Jones vs. The Final Testament

Woods and Kross start the match. Kingston tags himself in after Kross tosses some smack talk his way. Kingston lands a flurry of strikes. Kross stops Kingston with an elbow strike. Kingston lands a slingshot dropkicks. Scarlett grabs Kingston’s foot as he hits the ropes. Kross lands a backbreaker that he turns into a powerbomb.

Akam tags in and drives Kingston into the corner with a powerslam. After the break, The Final Testament is working over Kingston. Kingston crawls to make a tag. Instead of tagging in Woods, Kingston tags in Jones. Jones clears the ring. Everyone lands a big move. Jones hits the Boss Man Slam on Akam for the win.

Winners- The New Day and Odyssey Jones

Backstage, Rhea Ripley tells Damian Priest that his match against Dominik Mysterio is a trap. Priest doesn’t care. As long as they can get their hands on Dominik or Liv Morgan, it’s worth it. They are going to pass Judgement on this lame @$$ new Judgement Day.

Backstage, Adam Pearce asks Miz if he really wants to have this match against Bronson Reed. Miz says no, he doesn’t really want to do this, but Reed hurt R-Truth. Truth is Miz’s friend. He doesn’t have a lot of those in this industry, so he has to stand up for the few he has.

No Disqualification Match: The Miz vs. Bronson Reed

Miz attacks Reed. The fight spills out of the ring. Miz tries to hit Reed with a chair, but Reed punches it away. Reed charges in. Miz sidesteps, and Reed crashes into the ring post. Miz pulls a bunch of weapons from under the ring. Reed eats a shot with a kendo stick. Reed breaks the stick and slams Miz on a trash can. Miz crawls around on the mat.

Reed sits down in a chair and steps on Miz’s head. After the break, Miz hits a tornado DDT on a chair. Reed kicks out. Miz unloads on Reed with a kendo stick. Running clothesline using the kendo stick by Miz. Miz tries a springboard, but Reed catches him in the air. Reed tries a DVD through the table, but Miz escapes. Miz tries to set up the Skull Crushing Finale, but Reed breaks the hold and sends Miz through the table with a DVD. Reed lands a Tsunami for the win.

Winner- Bronson Reed

After the match, Reed goes back up top for another splash. Braun Strowman’s music hits, and he stomps to the ring. Reed and Strowman have a staredown.

Damian Priest vs. Dominik Mysterio

Before Priest gets to the ring, Carlito, JD McDonagh, and Finn Bálor each try to attack from behind. Priest fights each man off. Dominik turns around and sees Rhea Ripley standing behind him. Ripley headbutts Dominik into a South of Heaven by Priest. Ripley clears the commentary desk. Priest sends Dominik out of the ring. Ripley picks up Dominik, but Morgan appears out of nowhere and hits Ripley with a chair.

The Judgement Day holds Priest in place while Morgan sends Ripley into the ring post, shoulder first. Morgan whips Ripley into the ring steps. Carlito and McDonagh hold Priest in place while Bálor lands a double stomp off the top. Ripley tries to get in the ring to make the save, but Morgan hits Oblivion. Dominik crushes Priest with a splash off the top.

Backstage, The Judgement gloats about leaving the Terror Twins laid out.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn (c) vs. Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane vs. The Pure Fusion Collective (Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark)

Everyone brawls to start the match. Sane and Baszler are left in the ring. Sane sends Baszler flying with a head scissors. Sky sends Sane flying over the top onto Baszler. Sky lands a dive of her own. After the break, Sane tries an InSANE Elbow. Baszler gets her knees up. Baszler traps Sane in the Krifuda Clutch. Dawn gets a blind tag and lands a double backstabber on Baszler and Sane. Dawn holds Baszler and Sane in place while Fyre lands a swanton for the win.

Winners and STILL WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn!

Backstage, Jey Uso says he’s in the tournament for a shot at the IC Championship.

Randy Orton vs. Ludwig Kaiser

Orton floors Kaiser with a shoulder block. Kaiser and Orton trade headlocks. Kaiser chops Orton. Orton responds by tossing Kaiser clear across the ring with a fallaway slam. Corner punches by Orton. Kaiser rolls out of the ring. Orton follows and eats a flurry of strikes to Orton. Orton drops Kaiser with a chop. Gunther appears in the crowd as Orton sets up a suplex on the commentary desk.

In the confusion, Kaiser escapes and chop blocks Orton. Kaiser suplexes Orton on the commentary desk. Kaiser sends Orton’s leg into the ring steps. After the break, Kaiser works over Orton’s knee. Orton sends Kaiser over the top. Orton and Kaiser fight out on the floor. Kaiser lays Orton on the ring steps. After getting a head start, Kaiser runs around the ring for a dropkick, but Orton counters with a lariat.

Orton suplxes Kaiser on the desk three times in a row. Gunther and Orton jaw back and forth. Orton hits another suplex on the table. Orton brings Kaiser back into the ring and hits a powerslam. Kaiser rolls out to the apron. Orton sets up the Orton DDT. Kaiser counters by stunning Orton on the top rope. Headkick by Kaiser. Orton kicks out. Kaiser goes up top. Orton cuts Kaiser off and lands a superplex. Draping DDT by Orton. Kaiser counters the RKO with a roll up. Orton kicks out. RKO by Orton. Orton pins Kaiser

Winner- Randy Orton

After the match, Gunther and Orton brawl.
