Jinder Mahal: WWE Didn’t Drop The Ball With Me

Jinder Mahal doesn’t think WWE dropped the ball with him.

He rejoined the company in 2016, two years after being released. After coming back, he bulked up heavily. This earned him a significant push from Vince McMahon, culminating in winning the WWE Championship at Backlash 2017.

His time in the WWE ended after a match with Seth Rollins and a segment with The Rock. Fans thought WWE misused him after his world title run. However, Jinder Mahal strongly disagrees with that statement.

Jinder Mahal spoke to his fans on TikTok about whether WWE misused him. He insists they didn’t drop the ball with him, and his recent run set him up “for the rest of my life.”

The former WWE Champion revealed that he had a great career, built amazing relationships, and traveled the world.

“So I see this comment a lot and I wanna kinda share my opinion on it.” Jinder Mahal said. “‘WWE dropped the ball on me’ – I would say that’s not true. Had a very long career, 12 years in WWE. WWE Champion, won the United States Championship at WrestleMania, made a great living, really set myself up for the future, for the rest of my life. “

“It’s given me a sense of financial independence where, now, I can just do whatever I wanna do. Freedom, flexibility, got to travel the world, build amazing relationships, a lot of good memories. And it’s gonna continue now on the independents, just doing things my way.

So WWE did not drop the ball, I had a great career, a great time, and, yeah, thank you for all the fans tuning in for all these years.”
