Willow Nightingale has advanced to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament.
Willow Nightingale defeated former friend and tag team partner Kris Statlander in a semifinal match on the July 3 episode of AEW Dynamite. Stokely Hathaway tried to interfere by giving Statlander a chain, but Willow persevered and pinned Statlander to clinch the win. In doing so, she advanced to the finals.
Nightingale won the tournament in 2023, and she will aim to repeat.
Nightingale’s opponent will be determined on the July 5 episode of AEW Rampage. There, Mariah May will face Hikaru Shida in the other semi-final match. The finals will be held on the July 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. The winner of the tournament will earn a shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship at AEW All In.
Nightingale previously defeated Serena Deeb to advance to the semi-finals, while Statlander defeated Nyla Rose.
