WWE looks set to be brining three of its biggest show to Indianapolis in the near future.
The Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis looks set to play host to WrestleMania, Royal Rumble and Summerslam over the next few years.
This is according to a report from WrestleVotes. They exclusively reported that the WWE are close to agreeing a multi-year deal with Indiana Sports Corp.
The multi-event deal will start with hosting next year’s Royal Rumble. Following on the hugely successful show at the Tropicana Field in Florida this year, the 2025 edition of the historic event looks likely to take place at the Lucas Oil Stadium.
This will be followed by a future WrestleMania and Summerslam event. However, WrestleMania 41 has already been booked for the Alliegant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The earliest they would be able to host the iconic event would be WrestleMania 42, in 2026.
Meanwhile, WWE have already announced that Mineapolis, Minnesota will host a two-night Summerslam in 2026. The 2025 edition is still awaiting an announcement. So, it’s likely that Indianapolis will be the home of Summerslam next year.
In their exclusive on Twitter, WrestleVotes wrote:
“WrestleVotes Exclusive: I’m told WWE & the Indiana Sports Corp are nearing a multi-event deal, starting with the 2025 Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, February 1st, 2025. In addition, the deal is likely to include a future WrestleMania & SummerSlam. Which would both take place at Lucas Oil Stadium.”
With rumours that London and Saudi Arabia are looking to host big events in the near future, Indianapolis may have pulled off a huge coup in securing these deals with the WWE.
