Colby Corino is set to stay with the NWA, as he has reportedly signed a new deal with the company.
Corino previously agreed to a deal with WWE, but it fell through due to an unofficial hiring freeze. He then returned to NWA in 2023.
Cassidy Hayes of Bodyslam.net reports that Colby Corino has re-signed with the NWA. Haynes writes that they reached a new deal a few weeks ago, and it will keep him in the company at least to the end of the year. The report notes that Corino “is under contract through 2025”, and there are options every six months. It was also noted that Corino now has a semi-exclusive deal.
Colby, the son of Steve Corino, has been active on the independent scene in recent months. He has wrestled for AML and SHP, among other companies. He is a former NWA Word Junior Heavyweight Champion.
