WWE SmackDown‘s viewership decreased on June 14.
According to Wrestlenomics (via Programming Insider), 1.95 million viewers watched the show on Friday night, and it drew a .52 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when 2.07 million viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.61 rating in the same demographic.
SmackDown was up against the NBA Finals on Friday night. Per Wrestlenomics, the game averaged 9,618,000 viewers and a 4.73 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
SmackDown aired on a delay in the United States; it was broadcast earlier elsewhere, as the show was held in Scotland.

This week’s show kicked off with Naomi picking up a win over Chelsea Green.
Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles had a face-to-face confrontation ahead of their I Quit Match at Clash at the Castle.
LA Knight also made his presence felt by showing up at Logan Paul’s home in Puerto Rico and taking a swim in his pool.
The main event of the show saw Solo Sikoa defeat Kevin Owens thanks to a timely assist from Paul Heyman. Following the match, The Bloodline attacked Owens and was saved by a returning Randy Orton.
