Ricochet is set to effectively wrap up with WWE on the June 10 episode of WWE RAW, according to a new report.
As previously reported by PWInsider, the WWE has given his notice regarding his intent to leave the company upon the expiration of his contract this summer.
In an update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that the current plan is for Ricochet to make his final appearance on the June 10 episode of WWE RAW. The report notes that he has no additional dates scheduled with WWE. Johnson also confirms that, according to multiple sources, the former champion gave his notice.
Per Johnson, Ricochet owns his name and used it before he came to WWE, so he would be free to do so following his departure. Furthermore, Johnson notes that Samantha Irvin’s deal is independent from Ricochet’s, so his potential exit would not affect her.
Ricochet has been with WWE since 2018. He has held the WWE Intercontinental Championship and the United States Championship, among other accolades. He has also wrestled for NJPW, Lucha Underground, and Dragon Gate, among other companies.
