Drew McIntyre congratulates “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for joining the cat life.
Steve Austin recently became a “cat dad”, after years of being a dog man. He adopted two new cats, including one named after “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and has been showing them off on social media.
He joins the Scot, who is a proud owner of four cats with his partner. When he is not trashing CM Punk on TV and social media, he spends time hanging out with his cats, which is a much more productive use of his time.
Drew McIntyre answered a number of cat-related questions on his TikTok account. He sat in his garden, stroking his cat Chaz as he listened to his fan’s queries.
McIntyre spoke about what he likes about cats, how he got over his “severe” cat allergy, before talking about “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s emergence into cat-dad-hood. He offered him advice about earning a cat’s love, for congratulating him on becoming a cat dad.
“I love all animals. I love dogs.” Drew McIntyre said. “I said the same thing to Stone Cold [Steve Austin], ‘You know, dogs give love out for free’. We like that, that’s cool. But with cats, you’ve got to earn it. And they become your little companion once you’ve earned that trust.”
“I like the relationship we have, and we now have four cats in total in the house, so we’ve got an army of cats. I see Stone Cold is in that cat life now, so congratulations Steve!”

Drew McIntyre: I’m A Quieter Leader In The Locker Room
Drew McIntyre recently sat down with Mike Johnson of PWInsider, and was asked if he sees himself as a locker room leader.
The former WWE Champion revealed that he does, but in a different way. He is a quieter leader, who does not try to force his opinion like others would have. However, McIntyre will speak up when needs be and give advice to others.
“I’d say I’m a quieter leader. Like I don’t force my opinion. There’s a few guys I’ll go directly and say, ‘Hey, you need to do this, this, this,’ unless it’s genuinely terrible and hurting our show. I’ll 100% say something, but a lot of time they’ll come to me, and I’m there for anybody that wants my opinion.
“Somebody that you know, came up through the system, had to get fired to find themselves, has been part of the independent scene, has been part of the growth of social media, being part of the old ways and being part of the new ways. You know, I have some advice to give and you can take it or leave it because in the end, it’s going to be what works for you. I take advice all day long from everybody. And the thing I’ve learned is take what works for me and discard what doesn’t.”
