Solo Sikoa helped Tama Tonga score a big win on WWE SmackDown. He will face Randy Orton in the King of the Ring semi-finals.
LA Knight faced Tama Tonga in a King of the Ring tournament match. Solo Sikoa distracted Knight, and Tonga took control. Tonga overpowered Knight and grounded him. Knight dodged a splash and rallied as he fired up with a flurry of offense. He sent Tonga to the outside and slammed his head onto the apron. Knight kept rolling. Tonga Loa pulled Tonga out of the ring, and Knight hit him with a dropkick. Solo Sikoa distracted Knight, and Tonga hit a flatliner for the win.
In the other quarterfinal, Randy Orton faced Carmelo Hayes in a King of the Ring quarterfinal. They felt each other out early on, and Hayes talked some trash. Orton took control with a flurry of offense. He slammed Hayes onto the broadcast table. Hayes gained the upper hand and grounded Orton.
Orton rallied again, but Hayes targeted his knee. They kept battling, and Orton dropped Hayes with a spike DDT. Hayes nearly scored the win with a roll-up. He then went for a springboard move, but Orton countered with an RKO in mid-air for the win.
The Bloodline came to the stage after the match, and Randy Orton made it clear that they did not scare him. He vowed to beat Tama Tonga when they clash in the semi-finals.
