Christian Cage comments on potentially getting inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Christian Cage has had two successful stints in WWE, and he is a former two-time World Heavyweight Champion. He was forced to retire due to injuries, but he has returned to the ring and reinvented himself in AEW.
Speaking at Steel City Con (via Fandom Spotlite), a fan asked him whether he agreed that he should be in the WWE Hall of Fame.
“I could give two shits about the Hall of Fame,” Christian Cage said. “When there actually is a Hall of Fame, let me know. Is there an actual Hall of Fame? Right.”
Christian Cage also discussed his current run in AEW and stated that he felt like it was the greatest run of his career.
“I’ve enjoyed all my runs,” Christian Cage. “At 50 years old, I’m the best wrestler in the world, and I don’t think that’s debatable at all. I’m definitely the best on the microphone. I’m the best in the ring, bell to bell. No one can touch me. So yeah, I would say this is probably the greatest run of my career.”
